Linburg-Comstock anomaly was described in 1979 and is associated with velar forearm pain. Median nerve symptoms can result from secondary CTS, chronic tenosynovitis and iashaemic encasement of the median nerve and traction neuritis. Consider this anomaly in cases of failed CTD.
