  Sudeep Vaidya Good job, I have few suggestions, Increase distance between two schanz pin in each segment to improve stablility, I use JESS for such cases, I would like add one more clamp for K wire passing through distal end of radius and if needed go through ulna, Loosen the distraction after 3 wks if needed.
