  Kir Pat good job but to point only..age/work of pt?..Denervation atleast PIN should be done and intercarpal as metacarpal index is not looking happyPINNING SHOULD be done ,initial collapse. ,PIN is in the wayapproach always neurectomy, as pointed by Suryaprakash Nagariya,..as Radioscaphoid is under high stress now...and styloidectomy if necessary///
