  Farhan Syed If those radiographs were taken at your own hospital, then the radiographer doesn't deserve a salary. If they were done elsewhere then please stop sending your patient there and wasting their money.
  The wrist is not centred. They are oblique views that are of no use assessing the radiological parameters.

  Manpal Narula Not using a c-arm should not be an alibi in today's wrld. Had you used image , the plate could /should have been more distal ..and of course if you posting your 'well done' xrays for comments/complements , xrays have to be right too! !

  It's a common mistake done by younger surgeon's , specially if C - arm is not used.

  Kir Pat This plate is antiglide function mainly and even no screw in distal frg has also been mentioned , so perop view of extent of plate in distal frg upto near its watershed edge only is enough by vision (as it,s approach to PQ) ,I think fluro is needed for intraarticular screw penetration only..other wise not.

  Kaushlendra Kumar I regularly use C - arm at the time of final positioning of plate. Just 2-3 shots needed.
