  Rahul Mhatre Orif with plating after reducing redial head. Cast or slab tobprotect for 4 wks then if no subluxation you can mobilize.

  د-عبد المنعم جمعه In most case when u reduce ulna .the radial head will reduce..if stable ok.if unstable transcapitellar k. Wire..if radial head not reduce orif

  Pedro Jorba Do not fix the head; transfixing K-wires have very high morbidity. Stabilization of the ulnar diaphysis should be enough.

  Pedro Jorba If the radial head is unstable after reduction, primary repair of the ligament should be done, or graft repair if the ends of the torn ligament are not strong enough

  John Rabadi In this age group… only try closed reduction for ulna and dislocated radius automatically will reduce… and Splint in 100-110 flexion degree for 3 wks then try sling with mild motion.. 
  If reduction unstable… so elastic nail or k.wire for ulna # only.

  Prathap Kumar Anatomical reduction and plate fixation. Usually Radial head will follow. If its still unstable do a primary repair of the annular ligament. RUCL is usually is intact
